ocrNow
ocrNow can handle scanned images, fax documents and PDF files. The service automatically converts these documents to an editable format allowing you to make changes using a word processor or other application.
Upload your file via our secure server and ocrNow! will process the file according to the settings you choose. The converted document can then be downloaded from your personal list of jobs.
Upon registration you will receive free credits (1 credit = 1 x A4 pages) with which to try the service, following your trial you may purchase additional credits on-line.
The following file types can be uploaded:
PDF, TIFF, JPG and PNG
It is also possible to zip several files together when uploading.
You may convert your uploaded files into any of the following formats:
PDF (for general use), RTF (for word processing/editing - text formats are retained), XLS (for spreadsheets), MHT (for web pages) or TXT (for plain text).
Once converted you can choose to zip your files for downloading.
