QA & IT Support Technician
Full Time Permanent Position
37.5 hours per week
Salary from £17,000 – £19,000 depending on experience
Wordcraft International Ltd, developers of bespoke software solutions are currently looking to recruit a software support technician, primarily to test current and new software during and after the development period and produce clear test reports.
Must have good knowledge of Windows platforms and Linux would be an advantage, work well in a team, have good communication skills and work to deadlines. Knowledge of databases and scripting languages an advantage.
The candidate should have some experience within Quality Assurance, IT Support or IT based job or activities. IT related qualifications and evidence of knowledge of computer systems, mobile smart phones and the internet. Enthusiasm for computers, smart phones and information technology in general, keen to learn new skills and keep up to date with new technologies.
