Wordcraft's standard business terms for Distributors and Resellers

As Wordcraft Reseller Partners you may purchase new software and upgrade existing installations for supply to your channel, or to end-users.

As part of the service you will be supplied with a personal account name and a password. These are unique to you and must be used to log on to the secure part of the web-site either in STORE or PARTNERS page.

You can order new Unimessage Pro license files and new Registration Keys for The Newwws and the Business Information Server.

Following payment authorisation the invoice and the file/key will be sent to you by e-mail.

You can also upgrade existing Unimessage Pro and Business Information Server installations. If you provide the end-users's current license file or Registration Key the web-site will upgrade its features automatically and return the file/key to you by e-mail along with the invoice. When using the on-line ordering pages you may pay by one of three methods:

• 30 day credit terms - Licence file/Registration key and invoice will be sent immediately via email.
• Credit card - Licence file/Registration key and invoice will be sent immediately via email.
• Pro forma invoice - The pro forma invoice will be sent via email and the Licence file/Registration key will be supplied by e-mail after payment is received.

If you have a 30 day credit account it must be in balance (no debts outstanding for more than 30 days) before any type of order can be placed.

We believe this facility will improve the service we give to you, and the service you can ultimately provide to your customer.
